Here are some simple Following steps.
1.Open Belle Top bar 3.0.
2.In exceptions,make a Tick on "Camera" App.
3.now go back and open Camera App.
4.Capture any pic with it and delete it !!
5.now exit camera and try swyping BelleTop bar on HS you will see the results..
